The Burley Inn - Burley (Hampshire)

The room was cozy, but the bathroom was small.

The room was immaculate and fabulous, had fine private bathroom. The location was unbeatable and incredible, for example, Burley Manor Riding Stables was within easy walking distance of the hotel. There was a forest and a park walking distance to the place.

The location was fab, in the heart of Burley.

Satisfactory breakfast, especially cereals and fruit. Central heating, an iron and a TV available in the double room.

Too small bathroom.

The warm ambiance and lovely Christmas decorations felt so inviting and created a cozy atmosphere-perfect for a senior lady like me looking for a homey retreat.

A few more bathroom hooks would be helpful.

Everything was just so wonderful! The location with wild horses was so cool, and lucy the manager was super hands-on and friendly. The breakfast was included and quite delish, especially the full english. The room was clean and comfy, and we really felt at home. We highly recommend it and are def coming back!

The only downside was that we wished there were more hooks in the bathroom for towels. The bed could've been a bit better, it felt a little worn.

Amazing attentive staff

The stay was lovely with a warm and comfortable room that was very clean. The cooked breakfast each morning was fantastic, and the staff were attentive and kind. I particularly enjoyed exploring the beautiful village just a short walk away, making it a perfect base for my trip. Although the room could use some updates, the overall experience was quite enjoyable, and I would definitely return.

The rooms were comfy, had a nice tea n coffee setup which was awesome. Breakfast had a huge selection and was cooked to perfection. Loved the dinner options too, all tasty and fresh, and the staff were super friendly n helpful.

The only bummer was that the rooms could use a lil updating. Had a bit of trouble with the shower pressure.

The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made our evening walk enjoyable. The room was just perfect, and the food was delicious, leaving us looking forward to our next trip.

Staying at the Burley Inn was a treat! The full English breakfast? Absolutely scrumptious, especially the crispy hash browns! Plus.

The only bit that could use a tweak is a more clear menu for dietary options. The vegan dish I tried came with a dairy surprise, but the super nice team and sorted me out. Still, I'd count that as a little hiccup in an otherwise fab stay.

And the breakfast served a good full english with fresh ingredients. It exceeded my expectations from my last visit in burley, especially with the cozy atmosphere.

the shower pressure was a bit low.

Clean rooms with lovely bedding and well-stocked tea/coffee trays. Great set evening meal at a reasonable price, all cooked perfectly, and a roaring fire adds a cozy atmosphere.

Limited storage for outdoor gear in the single room, which might not suit motorcyclists well. I'd suggest opting for a larger room if carrying extra gear. The view from certain rooms can be quite uninspiring, with some only facing rooftops, which could feel a bit claustrophobic at times.

Friendly staff made us feel welcome right away.

A hook on the inside of the bathroom door would be helpful.
